Were growing fast and looking for WORLD CLASS - JUNIOR OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE who are eager to build meaningful client partnerships, grow their portfolios, and make an impact in the recycling and sustainability industry . What Youll Be Doing Spend 70% of your time in the field , visiting customer sites, walking warehouse environments, and building connections Spend 30% of your time in-office , handling quotes, pipeline management, and reporting Create and send proposals and pricing quotes Schedule and conduct in-person client meetings Maintain accurate weekly/monthly reports and client updates Meet and track monthly sales quotas Represent California Recyclers with professionalism and purpose Help clients improve their environmental impact and their bottom line What Were Looking For 1 year of sales experience , ideally B2B or territory-based Reliable transportation and comfort with daily travel Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred A passion for sustainability, recycling, or environmental solutions Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and client-focused Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills Team player Detail oriented Proactive attitude Problem solving mindset What Success Looks Like 50 outbound calls/day to prospects and current clients 1020 quotes sent/week 510 in-person or virtual meetings/week Accurate and timely end-of-day and end-of-month reporting Achieving or exceeding monthly sales quotas Territory management , door-to-door prospecting, and securing new accounts Why Join Us?
