Job Description:

Immediate need for an Outside Sales Rep-B2B for Direct Hire opportunity!



Experience with:


1. Develops new business and generates revenue through lead generation,


qualification, and closing sales


2. Establishes new accounts by calling on existing or potential sales


outlets and other trade factors.


3. Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial


presentation; understanding account requirements.


4. Closes sales by overcoming objections; preparing quotations or


contracts.


5. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on


pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising


techniques, etc.


6. Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating


results and competitive developments.


7. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports,


such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual


territory analysis.


8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
