identity.About the RoleTravel Brand Ambassadors work at the airport
engaging with travelers to increase awareness and participation in
the TSA PreCheck program. The ideal candidate for this position is
an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced,
customer-facing environment while always maintaining
professionalism. You will be working at the intersection of
identity and travel where IDEMIA is driving a frictionless travel
experience for consumers with privacy at its
core.Responsibilities:+ Drive program enrollments by engaging
travelers and selling them the benefits of TSA PreCheck+
Exceptional customer-service-focused communication skills and the
ability to engage with potential customers, general travelers, and
existing TSA PreCheck members alike+ Work collaboratively with a
team of ambassadors at the airport to achieve program goals+ Comply
with all privacy and security guidelines, policies and procedures
at all times+ Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback and
environmental observations to make informed suggestions on
improving operations and customer serviceWorking Conditions and
Requirements:+ Travel may be required (> 25%)+ Ability to stand
for > 8 hours per day+ Moderate physical effort with frequent
walking, lifting, and/or moving of materials up to 40 pounds+
Airport environment where you may be required to obtain a SIDA
badge and work in both the public and secure areasQualifications:+
Positive and energetic attitude!+ Self-motivated, customer
service-driven achiever interested in selling TSA PreCheck+
Previous sales and/or customer service experience a plus+ Committed
to protecting customer privacy at all times+ Proficient computer
skills (Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and
Excel)+ Open availability and flexibility are a must ability to
work a variety of shifts including early mornings and weekends+
High school diploma or equivalent degree+ Must be at least eighteen
(18) years old+ Required to successfully complete a pre-employment
drug screen and government background investigation+ Must be United
States citizen (dual citizenship may be allowed)Requisition ID:
