JOB DESCRIPTION:Insurance Customer Service Representative
Location: 91761Pay: $20 to $25 per hourIf licensed, base plus
commissionWe are looking for a Bilingual Spanish Customer-oriented
Service Representative to act as a liaison, provide products
knowledge and service information. The Bilingual Insurance Customer
Service Representative will be responsible for managing large
amounts of incoming calls, generate sales leads and identify and
assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.Responsibilities
include:* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer
accounts through open and interactive communication.* Provide
accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right
methods/tools.* Meet personal customer service targets and handled
quotas.* Answer incoming calls & doing outbound calls to existing
customers.* Process policy changes, issue certificate of insurance,
process monthly payment* Handle all clients inquiries and
complaints* Cold Calls outbound to offer our products 4 hours a day
(telemarketing)* Keep records of customer interactions, process
customer accounts and file documents.* Follow communication
procedures, guidelines, and policies.Skills/Qualifications* Must be
Bilingual in Spanish.* Industry experience in automotive insurance,
does not have to be trucking, but auto insurance industry
familiarity** If licensed, can do base and commission.* Proven
customer support experience or experience as a client service
representative* Track record of over-achieving quota* Strong phone
contact handling skills and active listening* Familiarity with CRM
systems and practices* Customer orientation and ability to
adapt/respond to different types of characters.* Excellent
communication and presentation skills* Ability to multi-task,
prioritize, and manage time effectively.* High school degree
