Volt is immediately hiring for Logistics Coordinator in Chino, CA.



Pay/Benefits/ Join our Team/ Global Organization

As a Logistics Coordinator you will:





Coordinating all outbound loads with carriers and internal customer
BOL creation
Scheduling carrier pickups
Invoicing and billing
Creating and preparing daily picks for operations team
Ensure all Trade and Compliance requirements are satisfied
Respond to Complaint Requests via BFO
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
Participate in daily SIMs, updating the team on delivery and/or quality issues
Contribute to productivity by supporting and implementing quality, delivery, and cost reduction objectives



The ideal candidate will have:

--- Experience in customer service
--- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
--- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
--- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP) SAP, Q2C, Manhattan, ect.
--- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
--- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organization skills
--- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously



Monday to Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm



Pay Rate:

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
