Job Description:
Global Helium is seeking a Cryofill Technician I to join our
team located in Ontario, CA. The Helium Division distributes liquid
and gaseous Helium for use in a variety of applications; including
electronics, optical fibers, superconducting magnets (MRI/NMR),
leak detection, and metal fabrication.Responsibilities The Cryofill
Service Transfiller - Global Helium and Rare Gases is responsible
for, but not limited to, the following:
- Must be professional
- Committed to personal safety and environmental
accountability
- Work unsupervised/independently in safe manner
- Operate a 33,000 VGW straight truck
- Safe handling of hazardous materials (liquid & gaseous
helium)
- Deliver liquid helium to customer sites and transfer into MRI
units
- Maintain neat, clean and professional personal appearance
- Listen to and resolve service inquiries and
complaints/issues
- Comply with all OSHA and DOT regulations/requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- CDL Class B license with Hazmat endorsement
- This position requires a well-rounded individual willing to be
trained and perform all duties in accordance with standard
operating procedures.

- Work performed in medical/hospital setting
- Intermediate level computer skills; Microsoft Office (Excel,
Word, Teams)
- Technical role w/troubleshooting and problem solving
- Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC experience desired
- Customer Service experience +
- Able to pass a pre-employment DOT physical (up to and including
drug & alcohol test, road test)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willing to be flexible; work schedule includes nighttime hours
and overnight stays.
- On-call 24/7
- Willing and able to travel (Up to 60%)
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is
regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is
required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand;
walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and
arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The
employee must frequently lift and/or move 50+ pounds and
occasionally lift and/or move 75+ pounds. Specific vision abilities
required by this job include close vision, color vision, and
ability to adjust focus.SALARIED NON-EXEMPT: $51,911 - $76,137Linde
