• The Lab Technician position is a permanent, full-time position which may involve shift work (days, nights, weekends)
• This position is responsible for Quality Control/Assurance of finished products and monitor and testing of incoming raw materials per COA specificationsEssential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Collect, process and analyze rubber samples and final products to ensure they adhere to the required specifications
  • Complete required documentation to release shipments of final product
  • Understand the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of specified lab instruments: rheometer, density meter, - duro gauge, tensile testing machine
  • Support vision, mission and guiding principles of the company -
  • Follow all company safety and environmental policies
  • Follow all Quality system protocols and report any discrepancies to the Quality Manager
  • Able to work well under pressure during high peak workloads and balance conflicting demands of high volume versus quality of results
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Possess effective communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Must have his/her own transportationBasic Qualifications
    
    • High School Diploma
    • Two-year college degree in a science is preferred; -
