Full Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven individual to join our team as an Automotive Sales Representative. Your primary job duties include actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying their wants and needs, and assisting them in making their purchasing decisions. Your goal is to provide customers with a positive sales experience and ensure that they are happy with their purchase. Responsibilities: Develop leads through the phone, emails, and online platforms to find potential customers Assist clients at the dealership in finding the best vehicle to match their wants and needs Showcase the dealership s vehicles and explain their features to customers Answer basic questions about financing and purchase process Establish positive and lasting relationships with customers to ensure continued satisfaction Accompany customers on test drives and perform vehicle delivery after a purchase has been completed Leverage negotiation skills without compromising customer satisfaction to carry out the sales process following dealership standards and policies Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, and interests Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required Must have a valid state-issued driver s license and clean driving record Excellent communication, negotiation, time management, and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting is a plus Must have clean driving and criminal records for employment Excellent knowledge of MS Office Benefits Aggressive Compensation and Commission Paid training Paid time off and Holiday pay Paychecks paid semimonthly Bonuses and incentives $40,000 - $100,000 annuallyJob Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits: Paid time offSchedule: 10 hour shift 12 hour shift Holidays Weekend availabilitySupplemental Pay: Bonus pay Commission payExperience: Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) Auto Sales: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
