Job Description SENTRAN, LLC Manufacturing Technician, Entry
Level Position Summary: Responsible for a variety of duties in the
manufacturing and testing of strain gaged based transducers,
including, but not limited to: assembly, disassembly, cleaning,
connecting, measuring, testing, and packaging. Required to perform
all duties and responsibilities at an acceptable level of output
--- meeting standards with negligible errors. Moderate supervision
required. Duties and Responsibilities: -- Position, align, and
adjust machined parts and components for proper fit and assembly,
using hand tools and power tools. -- Operate calibration equipment
and record data with computer programs like MS Excel. -- Operate
precision test and measurement equipment; e.g. digital volt-meters,
digital indicators, and power supplies. -- Reference assembly work
instructions and process travelers to perform job functions to
specification. -- Record data manually and/or electronically using
assigned methods. -- Test and adjust completed units to ensure they
meet specifications and tolerances per manufacturing documentation.
-- Comply with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements per
Sentran Quality System. -- Report non-conformances related to
workmanship, processes, equipment and materials to Manufacturing
Supervisor. -- Operate within Work Instructions and Sentran safety
procedures. Education, Experience and Certifications: -- A high
school diploma or a GED equivalent from an accredited institution
is required. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for
Manufacturing Technician, Entry Level: -- The ability to use a
microscope. -- Some knowledge and use of standard electromechanical
hand tools. -- Some knowledge of test equipment and data collection
methods preferred. -- Some knowledge and experience using quality
system procedures preferred. -- Knowledge of basic safety related
to hand tools and handling cleaning chemicals. Required Abilities

and comprehend concepts effectively in English. -- The ability to
manage time and follow instructions effectively. -- The ability to
operate office computers, copiers, and printers competently. -- The
ability to maintain a clean and organized work area. -- The ability

work as a team, with good interpersonal skills. -- The ability to
understand and exercise all safety requirements and procedures. --
The ability to maintain a reliable, punctual and dependable
attendance record. -- The ability to maintain healthy and hygienic
personal habits. -- The ability to show initiative and take pride
in a job well done. -- The ability to deal with others in an
honest, responsible manner. Training and Advancement: The next step
in advancement for a Manufacturing Technician, Entry Level - if
such position should become available - is Manufacturing Technician
I or other manufacturing related position, depending on training,
skill set, and advancement in education. Physical Demands: The
