This role has a direct impact on our company s growth and will be responsible for recruiting core sales positions.Position requires an incumbent who is a great communicator as well as being persuasive, resourceful, and creative. Position requires an incumbent who needs little supervision and has the ability to work effectively in an environment subject to changing priorities and short deadlines.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:
Consult with hiring manager and human resources business partner to develop job postings and profiles of ideal candidates for each position
Create requisition and validate compensation structure for job postings
Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements
Source candidates using all available tools and a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline, stay abreast of sourcing best practices
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications, performing preliminary telephone screenings and assess candidates
qualifications
Conduct reference checks, manage offer approval process, extend job offers to candidates and ensure all employees are hired in accordance to company and industry standards
Manage candidates using Success Factors applicant tracking system
Support recruiting for multiple locations at the same time
Attend career fairs, travel and overnight stay to remote locations required
Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)
Perform other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures.Desired ExperienceMinimum of 3-5 years recruiting experience for a high-volume organization required. Agency or executive search firm strongly preferred.
