What You'll Do --- Answer telephones, direct calls, manage calendars and arrange appointments. --- Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions. --- Complete and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, or checks. --- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer. --- Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, and personal computers.
What Experience You Need --- High school diploma or (GED) preferred, or at least one-year related work experience. --- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Calculators, Desktop computers, Photocopiers. --- Basic math skills. --- Customer service skills. Physical Requirements: --- Requires the ability to remain seated for extended durations and engage in several hours of regular transitions between chairs. It also involves activities such as reaching and bending. --- Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work --- Talking, hearing, and seeing are important elements of completing assigned tasks --- May require visiting facility operation in temperatures at or below freezing. --- May carry loads related to travel and occasionally lifts, carries, positions, or moves objects weighing up to 20 pounds

Compensation Minimum USD $20.50/Yr.
