Job Description:

Job Description The Account Executive will manage provider development, relationships, sales and marketing for the Inland Empire area. The ideal candidate will have a background in the healthcare or health services industries, and experience collaborating with healthcare providers. This position is home-based and has the potential for up to 75% travel throughout the territory. The Account Executive will also develop, execute, and report to management on sales development plans that includes performance on key metrics, resources required to drive growth, and investments needed to improve efficiency. Additionally, he/she will work with a broad spectrum of partners in the care process including, pharmaceutical representatives, local health plans and IPAs, and health systems. Responsibilities Meet with targeted physician practices to assess practice referral patterns, educate staff on Services, and secure new patient referrals. Determine top provider targets, execute activities to engage, and establish strong relationships with these providers. Monitor ongoing performance of practices and identify ways to grow referral volume and document success and report results to management. Manage relationships with key high volume accounts Provide feedback to marketing and operational teams to continually improve patient and provider engagement Assist Manager in community engagement and outreach programs to grow brand awareness in the local market Assess provider reports, lead development and implementation of action plans Identify, document and collaborate with teammates on best practices Meet and exceed quota and goals set by manager Qualifications Strong presentation skills and experience working with physicians' offices. Health industry experience Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales B.A. degree in business, healthcare, finance, or related field Ability to develop and execute action plans for key accounts with minimal direction required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical and organizational skills Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed quotas and goals Ability to work collaboratively to continuously improve patient and provider engagement Ability to effectively manage relationships with assigned strategic practices and keep accurate records of all activity for reporting purposes.
