SES Coordinator you will bear the responsibility of helping to
ensure the compliance of the facility to Federal, State and Local
Environmental, Safety, Loss Prevention and Health rules,
regulations, and code. Function Related Activities/Key
Responsibilities:Responsible for supporting and maintaining SES
Programs, including, but not limit to: Behavior Based Safety,
Monthly Safety inspections, LOTO, JSA/JHA, PPE, Hearing
Conservation, Hazard Communication, Hazardous Waste,
Forklift/Aerial Lift, and Security ProgramsPerform Emergency
Equipment and other SES related InspectionsAssist with camera,
badging and key control systemsAssist with fire prevention system
vendor relationship/compliancePrograms and assigns badgesMonitors
cameras as neededActively assist in both safety & security incident
investigations when requiredCoordinate the contractor approval and
PIAP ProcessConduct contractor site orientation training as
neededProvide support for our SES permit processes (Hot Work,
Confined Space, Working at Height, etc.)Perform risk assessments
and rankings of hazards for the facility's registry of Aspects and
ImpactsAssist with site sustainability program, including recycling
vendor liaison and tracking monthly energy spendParticipate in
corrective action programs and hazard mitigation processesServe as
a member of the Safety Committee, First Aid and Spill Response
TeamLead proactive teams toward accomplishing specific SES-related
objectives and targetsAdhere to all company, safety and GMP
practices and policiesConduct other training as requiredKeep work
area clean at all timesDemonstrate good attendance recordEnsure
that all tasks are performed toward achieving the safety, quality,
service, and cost objectives of TCCCOther related duties as
assignedEducation Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in related field
or Associates Degree 2 years' experience PreferredHigh School
Diploma with 4 years of experienceRelated Work Experience:Food or
beverage manufacturing experienceExperience in behavioral
safetyFunctional Skills:Fluent in written and spoken EnglishMust be
able to function in a fast-paced environmentAble to move freely
about all facility areas, platforms, catwalks, and levels without
restrictionsSkills:Hazard Communications (HazCom); Risk
Assessments; Regulatory Compliance; Compliance Programs; Incident
Investigations; Safety Inspections; Facility Safety; Safety
