Job Description CAREER OPPORTUNITY Position: Accounts Payable
Clerk Job Status: Full Time Software Type: Sage Intacct Wage:
Depending on Qualifications and Experience Benefits: Medical,

Education Job Summary : The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible
for making payments to Vendors and Payees. Also, to ensure that
Accounts Payable data is collected and processed in a timely
manner. Duties : -- Accounts Payable and General Ledger data entry.
-- Match Vendor invoices with purchase orders and check for
discrepancies. -- Ensure all relevant data is filed appropriately.
-- Properly maintaining Vendor files. -- Monitor accounts to ensure
payments are up to date. -- Produce monthly reports when requested.
-- Assist with month end closing. -- Complete weekly check runs.
Qualifications : -- Prefer to have or pursuing a bachelor---s
degree in accounting or similar. -- Knowledge of accounts payable
-- Knowledge of general accounting procedures. -- Detail oriented
but also able to work in a fast-paced environment. -- Preferred
experience in Sage 100, Sage Intacct, and Microsoft Excel. How to
