Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Program Administrator! This
individual will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of
reporting, forms and file maintenance, predefined system and
program updates, system and program support for Origence Lending
Services (OLS) leadership as assigned.
What You'll Be Doing:
Reporting
Ensure that prescribed reports for billing, operations, client
support, quality assurance, business development are maintained,
queried, and delivered as prescribed.
Run basic queries on pre-defined programs to customize reports as
directed.
Provide quality assurance by reviewing reports to ensure
consistency with expected outcomes.
Leverage system tools to automate and schedule reports as
available. Periodically monitor output to ensure consistency and
quality of deliverable, even when automation is available.
System and file support
Update system records and perform basic file maintenance for
clients, partners, employees, and other entities as directed by
management.
Perform quality assurance checks on system and file maintenance
performed by other employees to ensure consistency and quality of
deliverables.
General Administrative Support
Provide support for other administrative functions within OLS, as
either supplementary capacity or as secondary support, as
needed.
Maintain records, policies and procedures, and other documentation
for OLS as prescribed.
Serve as additional support for clerical, front-desk, and scanning
functions as requested.

The Ideal Candidate:
Education :
HS Degree or equivalent experience.
Experience :
2 Years reporting, system administration, or other relevant
experience required.
Extensive experience with Excel and other Microsoft Suite products
required.
Experience with a financial institution, auto dealership, or other
consumer or mortgage lending entity a plus.
Specialized Skills :
Ability to interface at all organizational levels (from line-level
to senior executive) for the purpose of gathering information,
communicating needs, and delivering reports.
Excellent communication skills (including verbal, written &
presentation).
Power-user of Excel, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
products is required.
