Administrative Assistant in a sales office needed!
Company Overview: A leading manufacturer of chemically cross-linked
polyethylene foam for use across a variety of different
Job Description: Working in a sales office, answering and directing
phone calls, organize and schedule appointments, plan meetings and
take detailed minutes, write and distribute email, correspondence
memos, letters, faxes and forms, assist in the preparation of
regularly scheduled reports, develop and maintain a filing system,
order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers and
provide general office support.
Proven admin or assistant experience
Knowledge of Word, Excel and Data entry
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
At least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related
Manufacturing background is a plus!!
High school diploma or equivalent
