To assist with communication and coordination within the
organization and third party requestors. Follows up on invoices for
processing and timely payment. Routes calls and notifies team
members and management regarding specific problems. Utilizes
software applications to track status of requests and incoming
calls. Other Administrative duties as assigned.
Education and Work Experience
High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent written and verbal
communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize needs to meet required
timelines. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Customer Services
experience required preferably in healthcare environment.
