Job Description:

For HRIS, the Sr. Analyst, Benefits & HRIS will manage the departments information systems, including day-to-day activities as well as longer-term projects. Plays an integral role in the implementation and support of various HR systems and processes to support all units in HR. Works with HR members and subject matter experts across the organization to implement processes and modules.

For Benefits, the Sr. Analyst, Benefits & HRIS will assist in all critical aspects of the Benefits department, including playing a critical role in day to day inquiry response, open enrollment preparation and rollout, year-end 5500 and audit compliance, management of employee wellness programs, etc.


HRIS

  • Write and maintain reports to support partners across the organization as well as the various units within HR, including benefits, payroll, talent management, and compensation.
  • Create and distribute reporting and HR analytics to HR leadership and other stakeholders in the organization on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
  • Perform system maintenance and aid in the review, testing, and implementation of system upgrades.
  • Work with Software vendors and partners to troubleshoot any issues, open tickets
  • Identify and implement automation and process improvement opportunities.
  • Create and run audit reports to maintain data integrity and to ensure data accuracy; identify root causes and trends for common issues.
  • Develop and maintain HRIS procedures and guidelines.
  • Train and support HR colleagues on HRIS processes as needed.

  • Administer employee benefits programs such as retirement plans; medical, dental, vision plans; life and disability programs, Voluntary plans, and wellness programs.
  • Maintain integrity of benefit data by ensuring HRIS systems updates are completed and workflows are developed.
  • Handle benefits inquiries and complaints to ensure quick, equitable, courteous resolution. Maintain contact in person, and by phone or mail, with insurance companies, employees, and beneficiaries to facilitate proper and complete utilization of benefits for all employees.
  • Assists the finance team in preparing the department and operational budgets.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in an HRIS capacity
  • Prior experience with Ultipro Saas preferred
  • Prior experience working with implementation teams on projects
  • Prior experience with the concept and development of workflow processes
  • Prior experience in administering employee benefit plans [medical & 401(k)]
  • Excellent communication skills, this includes presentation development and delivery skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate, influence and negotiate with others; including delivery of difficult change management messages.
  • Must be able to work with high volumes of confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Must be detailed oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate with Team Members
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays and weekends.
