Job Description Details
- Development and maintenance of site including building and
capital expenditure projects
- Respond to employee concerns and maintain a safe work
environment for the CREWS team and employees and guests in
- Deliver an exceptional employee experience while effectively
managing cost and vendor strategies.
- Direct the outsource relationship with vendors for dining
services and housekeeping.
- Maintains relationships with property management liaisons.
Plans and communicates major building services /projects.
- Leads, develops and motivates the CREWS teams, communicates
performance goals and priorities.
- Responsible for financial budgets leveraging forecasting
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years' experience leading a facilities or maintenance team
in a large scale manufacturing or distribution environment.
Demonstrates customer service, focus on safety, responsiveness,
verbal and written communications.
Ability to quickly develop working knowledge of all areas of the
organization and the ability to develop a clear understanding of
the company's key functional processes and resources.
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
Ability to develop, lead and motivate teams of employees and
strategic outsource vendors.
Accomplished in leading change within fast-paced and dynamic
Knowledge and experience leading building operations and
Capable of building and executing strategies aligned to business
and site initiatives.
- Experience making decisions concerning the operation of
facilities, the design implementation and operation of critical
systems, and capital /expense management.
