Job Description:

This is an entry level loan processing/administrative assistant job

Pay rate $17.00-19.00

Location Ontario, CA

Hours 8:00am-5:00pm

Description:

• Work efficiently and accurately
• Same repetitive work, working a handful of credit unions
• Going through the paperwork, make sure numbers match and communicate with dealers or unions through phone or email and up to funding them
• Process 12-18 deals daily
• Reviewing issues with co-packers and carriers via email and phone
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• Make sure drivers licenses accurate, address match the credit bureaus
• Work with sensitive information making sure things are valid, looking at paystubs. VERY detail oriented
• Work well with numbers
• Verify income and amount being financed matches
• Loan to value guidelines must be met. Auditing, addresses, signatures match, drivers license
• Work on assignments that are complex in nature where high levels of judgment are required to resolve problems and make recommendations.
• Complete assignments in a timely manner

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 2+ years of recent work history in an administrative assistant role
• Demonstrated ability to work in a complex department, maintain relevant information, and interpret policies and guidelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment on multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal
