Review accuracy of incoming orders, collect and input orders submitted via fax, email, voicemail or on-line order entry transmission.Ensure accuracy of outgoing entered orders.Build and maintain customer relationships.Deal professionally on the phone, on email and in person with customers, vendors and fellow employees.Cooperate with other team members and departments to ensure the customer receives an excellent service level.Inform customers of items not ordered or out of stock per regular ordering process offering substitutions where available.Communicate with Delivery Supervisor/Dispatch concerning routing and delivery schedules.Communicate with Procurement and/or Warehouse staff concerning out of stocks, back orders, will-call orders.Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.Report to work on time with a professional CSR attitude.Attend food/trade shows and other industry meetings as requested by Management.Other projects or tasks assigned by Manager as needed.

Growing at a rapid pace. 4 open positions. Had a remote position with one CSR. Resigned and then another person resigned. Also looking to take over the CSR position with sister company. Mid-December change. New investors that owned another company called Good Source in Carlsbad. Acquisitions. For Virginia (Dory Foods) need to consider the time change.CSR Account Management. Each account is distributed throughout the team. One rep manages the account. Typically 40-60 accounts. Very fast-paced. Must multi-task and this is critical because you can go from 0 emails to 100 emails. Volume. 98% is online orders.Have accounts that love to email and then you have some that just like to deal over the phone. Have admins (2) that help support with changes etc.
