The Opportunity P&G is currently seeking an IT Operations Leader to join our Digital Technology team at our West Coast Fulfillment Center in Moreno Valley, California. In this role, you will serve as the end-to-end contact for site server and network operations, ensuring all departments and technical leads are getting the throughput and IT support needed. The IT Operations Leader is especially critical during the execution of project based initiatives as the team works to deliver site operational targets, increase efficiency, compliance, and substantial value creation. Responsibilities: Drive all aspects of IT operations within the site, including governance and operational excellence of server and network infrastructure. Serve as an escalation point for contract technicians and operations digital teams, supporting server, network, and end user devices. Active member of the site leadership team and lead regular digital portfolio reviews with key stakeholders. Drive digital innovation and lead top critical projects at site and any regional/global projects in the OU. Anticipate and communicate future needs and innovation opportunities to sector leadership and service lines. Job Qualifications Required: 3 years professional work experience in IT Operations, IT Administrator, Networking, Enterprise Architecture, or related positions. Skilled within server and network administration, incident response and escalation, vulnerability and patch management. Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Highly motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed to address critical issues. Must be able to work onsite in Moreno Valley, CA facility 5 days per week. Preferred: Certifications: Security, Network, CompTIA A. Prior experience in distribution or warehousing environment. Basic understanding of working with and querying in SQL. Pay Range: $85,000 - $122,200 Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of equal opportunity factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skills, and level of experience.
