Job Description:

We're now hiring a Wireless Retail Sales Associate and would love for you to join our team! As a associate, you are responsible for growing the wireless customer base by providing exceptional customer service. You are expected to meet or exceed all personal sales targets in new activations, upgrades and accessory sales.
Duties and Responsibilities

• 
  
• Attain sales targets for new activations, upgrades and accessories for the wireless phone center on a monthly basis
  
• Participate actively in all product and services training
  
• Work with Wireless General Manager on inventory management controls. Complete monthly inventory counts, weekly cycle counts, and audit compliance standards.
  
• Participate in sales generation through non-traditional retail prospecting methods
  
• Maintain clean and professional appearance of Kiosk/Store location
  
• Embody a professional demeanor and a high level of character, honesty and integrity in conducting all business affairs. Inspire other team members to do the same
  
• Respond to customer concerns when necessary, both written and verbal, with the ability to creatively solve problems and develop robust solutions
  
  Qualifications
  • High School Diploma (or GED), Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred
  • One year of sales and customer service experience, preferably in a Wireless environment
  • Exhibit good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excited about the latest technology and wireless trends
  • Meet the requirements for the needed physical tasks with or without accommodationPay Range$COMPENSATION.RANGE
