Apply today with Robert Half Finance!What you get to do every single day- Possess a working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems- Play a key role in the implementation of NetSuite Financials, which includes system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration- Provide regular review and analysis of balance sheets and income statement accounts owned by the Senior Accountant- Ensure close deadlines are met by encouraging and managing the accounting team performance during the closing process- Team up with FP&A and accounting management to develop relevant, timely reports on financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook- Assist in preparing GAAP financial statements, which includes data analysis, document preparation, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes- Prepare various technical accounting analyses, policies, and proceduresJob Requirements:- CPA/MBA preferred- Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable- Demonstrated technology and analytical abilities- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience- Well-founded grasp of GAAP Accounting- CPA experience desired- Proficiency in Analyze Financial Statements- Annual Financial Reporting experience preferred- Audited Financial Statements experience highly desired- Practical knowledge of organizational development- Proven knowledge of Complex Financial Analysis- General familiarity with Oracle- Big 4 Accounting Firm experience- Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset- 5+ years of recent relevant financial experienceRobert Half Finance & Accounting matches skilled professionals with remote or on-site jobs in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, audit, taxation and more on a full-time basis.
