Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Researcher to join our Fortune 500 Staffing agency in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of a Researcher include sourcing candidates through databases and social media, A successful Researcher has excellent interpersonal skills, is organized and detail-oriented. A good Researcher can assess candidates' skills, experience and relevant knowledge and compare them to job requirements.

Shift: Monday - Friday
Start Time: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 DOE
Location: Ontario, CA

Responsibilities:
- Must be social media Savvy, on Facebook and other social media platforms
- Be comfortable Marketing, Advertising as to bring in new applicants and traffic.
- Basic receptionist duties, answering phone, routing calls, distributing mail, etc.
- Must be a people person with a great positive attuite
- Will be Identifying hiring needs
- Collaborating with BDM and Staffing Supervisors to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
