GREAT PAY!! HR representative needed for employee relations and engagement in Ontario, CA asap! WORK SCHEDULE Monday --- Friday: Starting time varying between 8:00am --- 9:00am and ending time between 5:00pm --- 6:00pm Job Summary: Works under the direction and supervision of the HR Manager, and Executive Team by becoming the administrator of Employee Relations & Employee Engagement. This position will also support several facets of the organization---s ongoing programs and projects. Essential Functions: Assist in all aspects of Employee Relations, which may include conducting needed investigation and/or follow-up with employees, as well as answering employee questions Visit clinics throughout the month and be the face of Human Resource, making a connection with all employees Create, deliver and maintain positive working relationship between organization and its employees Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data and presenting it to HR Manager/Administration Assist and/or coordinate all related items for employee engagement (events, rewards, etc.) and create new or improve current ongoing programs and benefits Coordinates special events such as benefits enrollment, other events as necessary Supporting HR Department with day-to-day responsibilities ? Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records Organize 90 day and annual employee performance reviews Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities Ensure compliance with labor regulations Undertake tasks around performance management Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances Assist and/or administer the process of creating employee engagement plans Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; filing, maintaining equipment and supplies Qualifications & Experience: Associate and/or Bachelor---s degree from accredited University in a HR related topic Two to three years of progressive experience in Human Resources positions Training and experienced in employment law, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, employee engagement, safety, training, and preventive labor relations Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook. Excellent computer skills Efficient in preparing documents, managing data and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Must have excellent communication skills, oral and written Strong organizational skills with attention details Management skills to interact with staff, Provider, Member and outside agencies Understand and adhere to the confidential requirements of UCHC Maintain a high level of understanding of HIPAA, state and federal regulations and guidelines, policies and procedures, and best practice methods regarding maintenance of health records and health information ALL's WELL is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
