Job Description Job Summary Supports human resources processes by administering tests; scheduling appointments; conducting orientation; maintaining records and information. Duties/Responsibilities: Request and collect employees credentialing information. Provide the employment paperwork to the hired candidates Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation. Collect drug screening sample for new hire candidate and calling Fedex to schedule the pick-up to send out to lab. Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records. Submits changes/additions forms for 403(b) to HR Manager to change in payroll. Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data. Maintains trackers for evaluations, mandatory trainings and COVID tracking. Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data. Prepares new hire folders and materials for our New Hire Orientations. Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; filing, maintaining equipment and supplies. Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential. Maintains quality of service by following organization standards. Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Skills and Qualifications : Reporting Skills Maintaining Employee Files Dependability Organization Scheduling Confidentiality Independence Orienting Employees Verbal Communication Teamwork Microsoft Office Skills (especially with Excel and Outlook) TRAINING, EDUCATION AND LICENSURE: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Minimum of one-year experience in human resource. WORK SCHEDULE Monday --- Friday: Starting time varying between 8:00am --- 9:00am and ending time between 5:00pm --- 6:00pm. Required to work occasional Saturdays, as needed. May travel to all Unicare Community Health Center clinics to work or attend meetings as needed.
