Job Description:
One of the nation---s largest retailers of power tools and
outdoor power is looking to fill a Mechanical Customer Support
role. This position requires not only customer service experience,
but also strong knowledge of engines, mechanics and knowledge of
reading diagrams.
This role will be fielding calls, emails, text messages etc from
our customers that will be looking to diagnose and solve whatever
mechanical issues they may be experiencing.
Temp to hire.
Rate of pay - $21/hr-$23/hr DOE
Hours vary --- 6am-6pm (8 hour shift will be determined within
these hours) OT may be required during peak seasons
Days --- Monday through Friday
Remote --- 95% remote work (must have reliable internet connection)
We are working on integrating 1 day a week in the office over the
next coming weeks.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess a basic understanding of electrical & engine component
principles.
2+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume call
center environment.
Ability to cooperate with and support other members of customer
service team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A high comfort level typing, navigating the internet and using
multiple software systems.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Demonstrated proficiency using conferencing/collaboration software
(Zoom, Skype, Microsoft Teams)
