Duties and Responsibilities: Parco is looking for an experienced and driven Customer Service Representative to perform the below responsibilities: -- Responsible for all order management activities (e.g. delivery information, pricing concerns and schedule changes) -- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. -- Act as a liaison between the organization and the customer. Provide information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems. -- Respond to and follow up on RFQs. Guide customers to the best overall solution. -- Review customers--- purchase orders requirements and translate them into sales orders with clear instructions that can be actioned by internal team members -- Work closely with cross functional areas to manage customer satisfaction levels from time of order placement through order fulfillment. -- Intake and manage customer complaints and requests for return -- Under established guidelines, act independently and determine when escalation is needed -- Other related duties as required. Qualifications: -- 3 years of customer service experience within a manufacturing environment -- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel --- intermediate level) -- Must possess strong math skills, including but not limited to adding, subtracting, multiplication and division in all units of measure -- Extremely organized with exceptional attention to detail -- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude -- Effective, professional communication style, both oral and written Benefits: -- Excellent compensation -- Medical insurance -- Dental insurance -- Life insurance -- 401(k) retirement plan with a 100% matching contribution.
