Job Description:

We are urgently--searching for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant for multiple--clients in Chino, Ontario, Upland, and Fontana, CA. The ideal candidate will act as a Liaison with business clients, answering general inquiry questions, escalations,--invoicing, order processing/changes and data entry. This candidate can start within 24 hours of interview!Schedule: M-F 8am-5pmPay: $16.00-23.00/hourResponsibilities:--

  • Answer incoming phone calls and inbound emails
  • Respond to customer inquiries and escalations
  • Order processing/changes
  • Report generation and billing
  • Additional miscellaneous administrative tasksRequirements:--
    • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
    • Minimum of 2-3 Years of Customer Service or other related office experience
