As a Wound Care (NP), you ll provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with acute and chronic wounds, including those requiring hyperbaric oxygen therapy. This role offers both autonomy and team collaboration within a supportive, well-established wound care program. This position offers the opportunity to practice in a focused specialty, maintain excellent work-life balance, and grow your expertise in advanced wound care within a supportive and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform independent clinical assessments of acute and chronic wounds
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Perform hands-on procedures and advanced wound care interventions
• Manage systemic conditions contributing to chronic wounds
• Provide patient and family education to promote healing and prevent recurrence
• Collaborate with experienced nursing staff and physicians to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Provide inpatient wound consultations as needed

• Monday Friday clinical schedule
• No weekend or call coverage
• Comprehensive wound care training provided

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner (APRN) license in good standing
• Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• CWOCN certification preferred, but not required
