Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Arizona license required for submission or must have already applied and able to provide an ETA for license approval Experience in skilled nursing environments preferred Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility Shift: Days PT 5 days/week with a 32-hour guarantee Location Highlights Lake Havasu City offers a unique blend of outdoor and urban experiences.
