Required Skills: Valid medical license with board certification in Pediatrics Proven experience in pediatric inpatient and outpatient care Strong knowledge of neonatal and pediatric medical protocols Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Ability to manage a rotating call schedule and perform newborn care Nice to Have Skills: Experience with CLIA-waived point-of-care testing Prior work in a clinic hybrid setting Familiarity with hospital-based pediatric resources Bilingual abilities Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree with Pediatric specialty training Minimum of 3 years of pediatric hospitalist experience preferred Active state medical license Other Requirements: Availability for approximately 10 days per month of call hours, including weekends Ability to document all overtime and callback hours accurately Willingness to work a fixed schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–5:00 PM, Fridays 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Flexibility to engage in clinic, call, or weekend coverage as needed Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Travel and licensure reimbursements provided when applicable This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive W-2 medical benefits, and a robust referral bonus program.
