We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled
Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. This position plays a
critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services
and delivering exceptional patient care under the direction of the
Radiologist, Technical Director, and Lead/Chief Technologist. Key
Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of ultrasound examinations
in accordance with ACR protocols Ensure patient safety, comfort,
and confidentiality throughout the imaging process Communicate
effectively with radiologists and fellow staff to coordinate
patient care Maintain and update departmental protocols and quality
assurance records Support ultrasound student training and clinical
experience Accurately complete and manage patient paperwork and
documentation Promptly report any equipment malfunctions or issues
to the appropriate personnel Stay current on safety procedures,
evacuation guidelines, and infection control practices Participate
in cross-training and ongoing professional development
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program or
equivalent relevant job experience ARDMS certification required;
additional specialties (AB, OB/GYN, PS, RVT) preferred Must meet
ACR certification standards Strong knowledge of ultrasound physics,
scanning techniques, and terminology Exceptional attention to
detail and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changes in
workload and priorities Commitment to patient privacy and HIPAA
compliance Must demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and a
