state-of-the-art Level II and Level III NICUs in beautiful
Henderson, Nevada. Why This Role? - Dual NICU Environment: - 26-bed
Level III NICU with an average daily census of 22 - 6-bed Level II
NICU offering a more intimate care setting - Cutting-Edge Care:
Utilize advanced technologies like body cooling, jet ventilation,
oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO). - Collaborative
Teamwork: Work closely with pediatric subspecialists,
maternal-fetal medicine, and OB hospitalists to provide
comprehensive neonatal care. - Impactful Leadership: Lead teaching
initiatives and quality improvement projects within a supportive,

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine -
Must hold or be willing to obtain a NV license - Clean malpractice
and license history preferred - Open to both experienced
neonatologists and recent graduates - Residency in or willingness
to relocate to the Henderson area required - No Locum or visa
