Hospitalist Physician Permanent Opportunity Location: Pahrump, NV (Affiliated with MountainView Hospital, Las Vegas, NV)Employment Type: Permanent, Direct HireSchedule: Full-Time Position Overview: MountainView Hospital is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join a dedicated hospitalist team in Pahrump, Nevada, with close affiliation to our Las Vegas-based health system. This is a permanent, direct hire position offering long-term stability in a supportive environment with access to excellent clinical and administrative resources. Qualifications: Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Eligibility to obtain a Nevada medical license At least 1 year of hospitalist practice experience in IM or FM is strongly preferred Commitment to providing high-quality and efficient patient care Strong clinical skills suited for a metrics-driven program Must meet credentialing criteria for medical staff and insurance panels Incentives: Independent contractor status (1099) with potential tax advantages Flexible 7 on/7 off 12-hour shifts, in-house only during call hours Opportunity for additional shifts and earnings; swing shifts available Access to a closed ICU with 24-hour intensivist coverage Potential for significant income through a full productivity model Clinical quality incentives available About the Location: Located in Southern Nevada, Las Vegas boasts mild winters and warm summers, offering world-class amenities, a low cost of living, and no state income tax.
