• Paid Training.Bonus Program: As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a quarterly Bonus Program, based on restaurant performance.What a day in the life of a Restaurant General Manager looks like:
  • Manage profitability by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory levels, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
  • Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
  • Complete inventory counts biweekly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure the team provides an exceptional guest experience with friendliness and quality products.What you bring to the table:
    • Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in a quick-service restaurant (QSR).
    • Managers must be at least 18 years old.
    • Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.

The starting salary range for new hires varies by location and is discussed during the hiring process.
