Description: The Operations Manager will have a sharp business mind and proven success managing multiple locations for maximum productivity. This person should be highly skilled in logistics, inventory management/turn-over, as well as overseeing fulfillment goals. Additionally, they'll display a solid ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, safety, and inclusion within their team.This is an in-office role that will travel to our Brea and Ontario locations as needed.

  • Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.
  • Develop and implement inventory management systems.
  • Develop and implement reverse logistics procedure.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
  • Grow the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization's internal capacity.
  • Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives.
  • Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget.
  • Track staffing requirements, hiring/training new employees as needed.
  • Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution.
  • Manage data collection for updating operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Oversee materials and inventory across Ontario location and 3PLs.
  • Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
  • Plans and organizes daily activities related to fulfillment and operations.
  • Assists with budget preparation for operations unit.
  • Assists with, or prepares and updates, organizations operations manual and policies.
  • Performs other related duties as required. Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field.
    • Two or more years of proven experience in an operations management role (inbound/outbound logistics).
    • Experience managing Inventory turn-over.
    • Strong budget development and oversight skills.
    • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service.
    • Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes.
    • Knowledge of general business software and an aptitude for learning new applications.
    • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma preferred.Location: Ontario Warehouse & Brea Corporate OfficeKeys to Success:
