Fan of a Fan is a full service merchandise company that brings to life the ideas of influencers, artists, brands, and personalities.FOAF owns the process from design and production, all the way to fulfillment and distribution. We're able to provide clients a hands off solution to offering merchandise to their audience. We work primarily in the apparel space.We have just opened up a production facility in Ontario, California, where we will be embelishing (screen print + embroidery) and fulfilling our client's orders. We are looking for a production manager to help field orders from our team, work with the production team directly to see orders through, and work with the on-site team managing our domestic production calendar.The ideal candidate for this role is an analytical team player who is organized and can manage a production calendar for 20+ clients. The warehouse is located in Ontario and the candidate must be on-site when needed.Responsibilities* Input orders from our Venice office and clients * Provide costing for incoming orders* Manage and create production calendar* Communicates with domestic vendors and manufacturers * Communicate with our Overseas Production Manager* Contribute to production planning and budgeting* Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction* Coordinate with key internal and external production membersQualifications* 3+ years experience in production * Strong organizational and managerial skills
