Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:--- Overall responsible for electric and electronic components for the P3 product line. (Bi-directional power processing systems to test electric and hybrid electric vehicle components and sub-systems e.g., batteries).--- Architectural design of DC-DC switch mode power converters/supplies and/or AC-DC Bidirectional Inverters (up to 250kW)--- Design of electrical and mechanical parameters for power magnetics. --- Design and debug for EMC including circuit board layout, control, and filter design.--- Creating all necessary documentation for product procurement and manufacturing (drawings, BOM's, schematics, Gerber's, DFMEA, product description, etc.) --- Work in close contact with responsible HQ department and follow global development guidelines--- Partnering and outsourcing to proven partners will also be required, and tracking/reporting of project progress with outsource partners. --- Participates in requirements definition and documentation, conceptual designs, make/buy analyses, test methodology, design documentation, anomaly tracking and resolution, design reviews, and hardware/software debugging--- Work with Field Service and Quality to provide Engineering support to customers--- Contribute to alternate components package selection/evaluation and validation of board and packaging design--- Support cross-functional team including digital design, product engineering, test engineering and manufacturing/ production engineeringSkills:
