Job Description:
7 Daze is seeking a creative director to join our team Founded
in 2013, 7 Daze--- pioneered the way in the alternative space.
Today, 7 Daze's products are sold in over 100 countries worldwide.
7 Daze is headquartered in Ontario California equipped with a state
of the art manufacturing facility and modern office space,
reflecting our innovative drive of becoming the dominant leader in
the alternative space. Duties and expectations Participate in the
development of branding and corporate identity initiatives Develop
and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and
programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects
Develop and manage marketing budgets Develop sales forecasting and
product branding plans Establish and grow a target market share
Monitor costs and budgets Conduct customer, brand and product
research initiatives Offer expert advice to develop innovative
advertising, public relations, social media and events Negotiate
with media partners to guarantee advantageous contracts Work with
new business development team and sales teams on brand initiatives
Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers and other
suppliers, including contract negotiation and management
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Supervise a marketing team, including hiring, training, workloads,
schedules and deadlines Oversee the operation of a company---s
website or email marketing program and provide analytics reviews
Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights and
strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding
strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally
Oversee and grow the marketing department, consistently identifying
revenue opportunities within our established client base and
managing consistent growth by securing new accounts Identify
short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs,
including the development and management of an annual marketing
budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other
financial considerations Understand key marketing performance
metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts,
competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in
order to translate results into actionable insights for marketing
team Daily and Monthly Responsibilities Lead the development of our
marketing plans working closely with clients, management, creative
and content teams, and distribution partners, to create an
effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing
audiences for our products and services Spearhead the strategic and
tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of
test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking,
results reporting, analysis, and recommendations Manage conception,
development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies,
product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and
sales Hold regular meetings with account managers to review
pipeline, resolve challenges, and present possible solutions, and
provide ongoing training to ensure team consistently performs above
standard Attend and/or participate at conventions, conferences, and
tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed,
and providing post-event reports and analysis Skills and
Qualifications Bachelor---s degree in marketing, advertising, or
communications Successful track record in senior marketing roles
and creating marketing campaigns Excellent leadership,
communication, and decision-making skills Experience with digital
and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
Proven ability to plan and manage budgets 5 years minimum
experience in marketing Preferred Qualifications Degree in
advertising, marketing, or design Proficiency with HTML, content
management systems, and design software including adobe creative
cloud, 3d softwares, and animation Established portfolio of media
and PR contacts Desire to grow professionally with ongoing
