Job Description:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

---Create and coordinate a company strategic recruitment and selection plan;

---Create and coordinate the company's equal opportunity programs to achieve diversity goals;

---Create and coordinate the company's strategic training and organizational development plans to meet the

personal, professional, and organizational needs of the company's employees;

---Oversee the compensation programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels;

---Oversee the design and development of the compensation strategy and programs;

---Direct the administration of the ADP Workforce module to include: Payroll, HR Benefit, Ezlabor

timecard and Paid Time Off;

---Direct the administration of the company benefit programs to include: health, retirement,

death, disability, unemployment;

---Coordinate the audits of the benefit plans with the external auditors;

---Evaluate and recommend improvements to the benefit programs;

---Evaluate and oversee the business insurance plan renewal;

---Develop and coordinate a grievance procedure and mediate workplace disputes;

---Evaluate procedures and technology solutions to improve human resources data management;

---Recommend and maintain an organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish the company's

goals and objectives;

---Evaluate the company's culture and provide recommendations and changes to accomplish the company's

goals and objectives;

---Evaluate and recommend potential human resource outsourcing opportunities and identify potential

vendors/service providers;

---Develop and manage annual budgets for the human resources division and perform and produce periodic

cost and productivity analyses and reports;

---Recommend and establish company policies and procedures;

---Support and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating

procedures;

---Serve on planning and policy-making committees;

---Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff; and

---Perform all other duties as assigned from time to time.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

---Bachelor's degree

---At least 5 years of HR experience preferred

---Experience using ADP Workforce Now (preferred, not required)

SKILLS:

---Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

---Excellent time management and organizational skills.

---Sound judgment and decision making.

---Strong self-motivation and interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills are required.

---Ability to be organized, problem solve, and be solution oriented

---Strong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team members

---Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, etc.)
