Refer below link for corporate privacy link:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support for the company's Cost Optimization Program, working with departments to implement project initiatives and providing reports and analysis on cost saving initiatives. This position will be responsible for the preparation of financial analyses and KPI reports, automation of processes and various activities, development of new queries, and analyzing customer data and financial data to extract meaningful information. -Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide ongoing support and analysis on the cost optimization program (financial and operational KPIs, actual vs planned)Manage and maintain databases and queries to support data-driven decision-making and contribute to the overall cost optimization strategy. -Build new queries and automate processes, implement cost saving initiatives and evaluate the performance of project initiatives against plan and budget. Work closely and assist other departments to review and obtain feedback on costs & savings, and highlight significant variances.Ability to interpret financial data, customer data and reports with consideration for: identifying cost drivers, comparing to baselines, reconciling GL accounts, identifying gaps and timing differences.Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly presentations to executive team and shareholders. -Attend meetings and participate in workshops with other business units on cost-saving initiatives, represent Finance and make financial decisions as directed by the Director, Finance.Other ad-hoc special projects, as required. Qualifications - Desired Experience and Skills: 5+ years working experience in accounting or finance environment, exposure to programming languages, data analytics and financial analysis is required.Bachelor's degree or diploma from an accredited college or university is preferred, in business administration, or a related field.Sound experience in database systems and SQL queriesProficiency in qualitative analysis and willingness to learn new programs as applicable, ie PythonExperience analyzing financial/operational data and tracking financial progress and key KPIsOrganizational skills and time management skills; planning and project management, and ability to meet multiple deadlines.Strong financial analysis skills and communication skills.Exceptional working knowledge of MS applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Ability to work independently, effectively in cross-functional work teams, fast-paced and collaborative environment, and able to meet targets and tight deadlines.Our Offer Competitive salary, bonus structure Competitive vacation package Community culture Continued education budget Expect excellence: Collaborative team, learn, and grow with a high-performance team.
